Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Floor Sweep Process walks, surveillance, and certification reviews.
  • Provide quality support in daily tier meetings.
  • Update the ASL employee rosters and approval signatures.
  • Update repair station personnel employment summaries and conduct annual ASL stamp audits.
  • Conduct repair station periodic proficiency internal audits and provide quality data to leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy of Stamp Control/ASL processes.
  • Lead product investigations with containment, RCCA and process improvement focus.
  • Support repair station training and audit activities.
  • Provide QA/QC support to operations, engineering, customer service, materials, and inspection teams.
  • Update SAP regarding return to service capability.
