Job summary

RTX invites a Project Engineering Co-op within Collins Aerospace to gain experience in design, test, analysis and customer support for aircraft wheels and braking systems. You will be embedded in an engineering team, learning internal processes and contributing to engineering deliverables.

You will work with cross-functional colleagues across Materials/Process, Test Lab, Systems, and Design teams, gaining exposure to real-world aerospace engineering challenges while pursuing a relevant STEM

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in ME, AE, EE, Systems Eng, or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineering teams to learn design, test, and analysis processes.
• Deliver engineering work under supervision and adhere to internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects.
