Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Scheduling Analyst to support aerospace programs for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers.

You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project, ensure cost-schedule integration, and apply EVA concepts where required. You will collaborate with program managers, engineering, contracts, procurement, and finance to deliver on-time, within-budget performance and provide leadership in scheduling best practices across multiple

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense.
  • Degree in PM, engineering, construction mgmt, business or related field.
  • Experience with logic-driven network schedules and CPM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Apply CPM, check schedule integrity, ensure logical relationships.
  • Integrate schedules with cost/risk systems and EVM when needed.
  • Maintain schedule baselines and support IBRs and changes.
  • Perform schedule performance analyses and KPI tracking.
  • Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with Program Controls.
  • Tailor scheduling for government vs. agile commercial programs.
  • Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance.
