Job summary

Kearfott Corporation in New Jersey seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex development programs and IRAD efforts, coordinating engineering, operations, finance, and leadership to plan, execute, and monitor programs from concept through completion.

The role drives program execution, aligns technical, operational, and business objectives, and serves as the primary customer interface, ensuring stakeholder alignment across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive program management experience in a technical/regulated environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and business development.
• Experience with IRAD, technology maturation, and new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development programs and IRAD initiatives from planning through execution.
• Define program scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources and activities across multiple functional organizations.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Serve as primary customer interface and Voice of the Customer throughout the lifecycle.
