Job summary

Williams International is seeking a Production Analyst to join our team. You will establish R&D schedules and coordinate with operations to ensure timely production and R&D parts per MRP dates, using SAP and Excel for shop order management.

Responsibilities include monitoring MRP release dates, prioritizing work for MEs and Cell Specialists, and managing material flow from start to finish while compiling weekly status reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
5 years of experience in manufacturing and production scheduling.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar ERP systems.
Physical lifting and material handling capabilities as described.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with MEs and Cell Specialists to ensure R&D jobs run on schedule and provide guidance to maintain workflow.
Review MRP release dates and R&D schedules daily to establish priorities for MEs and Cell Specialists.
Use SAP and Excel to manage production orders (releasing, issuing, receiving, closing shop orders).
Oversee and manage all physical material flow throughout the production cycle.
Compile, maintain, and present weekly reports on the cell's hardware production status to management.
