Barnes Aerospace OEM West Chester is seeking a hands-on Planning professional to expedite shop-floor activities and ensure on-time delivery to customers. The role focuses on coordinating demand, supply, and production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years planning experience in manufacturing, with aerospace exposure, and strong proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and MS Office. Collaboration with operations and materials teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working as a planner or scheduler in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicts to meet customer needs.
• Experience scheduling complex manufacturing processes with multiple inputs and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills across organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains MPS schedule for SIOP across value streams.
• Plans production, monitors due dates in MRP, and coordinates with Materials Manager.
• Works with cross-functional leads to resolve demand–supply gaps.
• Tracks lead-times and offsets to support lean manufacturing.
• Expedites workload to meet production schedules and delivery requirements.
• Supports continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
