Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Operator to support processing and repair of aerospace components. You will operate production equipment, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Shifts Monday–Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with $2 shift differential. You will load/unload parts, inspect products, follow work instructions, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
