Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing a union environment is a plus.
• Five to ten years industry experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement procedures to optimize processes and reduce costs.
