Job summary

Experis is seeking an Aerospace Industrial Engineer for a client in Mobile, Alabama. This onsite role supports Final Assembly Line and Completion Operations, driving operational performance and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure aircraft flow.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial or aerospace manufacturing, with expertise in production planning, capacity analysis, line balancing, and data analytics. SAP/MES/Skywise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, mechanical, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, production planning, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficiency in production planning, capacity analysis, line balancing, and data analytics.
• Experience with SAP, MES, or Skywise preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Final Assembly Line and Completion Operations for aircraft manufacturing in Mobile, AL.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring aircraft progression from assembly to completion phases.
• Identify risks to schedule attainment and support recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Aircraft Managers, Production, Quality, and Engineering for smooth aircraft flow.
• Utilize digital tools and dashboards to track performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
