Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Product Engineer- Requirements & Verification for an onsite role in Carson, CA. You will review aerospace product requirements mapping and verification plans, and provide technical inputs to design and verification teams to ensure airworthiness and compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting verification procedures, test setup, documentation, and interaction with suppliers and OEMs to progress projects from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Review aerospace product requirements mapping and verification plans.
• Provide technical inputs for analysis and for design teams (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Support verification hardware test setup, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Create technical/project documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and OEMs to bring projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Review aerospace product requirements mapping, MoC & verification plan.
• Provide design inputs to Product Design team (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Support verification procedure writing, testing and troubleshooting; hardware test setup procurement, build & maintenance.
• Create technical/project documentation.
• Supports Production Build of Products with investigation of inspection reports and RCA.
• Follows engineering principles to meet airworthiness standards and customer/internal requirements.
• Interfaces with various groups to bring projects to completion.
