The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and possesses strong analytical and leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience with strong exposure to process improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience driving measurable business impact using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute QCD improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodology.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify root causes and performance gaps.
• Develop and implement process improvements that reduce waste and improve cycle time.
