Job summary

CTL Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator for our northern Cincinnati, OH location. The role involves operating a press, handling materials per plan, and maintaining documentation while ensuring workmanship meets exact specifications.

You will use both manual and ASC programmable presses, perform quality inspections with calipers and micrometers, and participate in routine cleaning and preventive maintenance. A HS diploma and ability to work with limited supervision are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• English fluency and good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean & release molds and tools per plan.
• Obtain materials per plan and maintain documentation.
• Manufacture hardware on manual and ASC press; maintain equipment.
• Use pneumatic & hand tools to complete the process.
• Perform visual inspection to verify specs.
• Schedule 6-S cleaning and related items.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance.
