• Ability to perform welding/fabrication and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and reliable uptime.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and some electrical components to keep furnaces, conveyors, CNC, and finishing equipment running.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform alignments, lubrication, preventive maintenance, and fabrication as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document maintenance and repair work in maintenance systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
