Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics seeks a PCB Designer II/III for our Lynnwood, WA site. The role focuses on creating and managing complex drawings, supporting new product design, and ensuring documentation integrity to meet industry standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and senior designers, mentor teammates, and contribute to design reviews while adhering to MIL-STD and IPC guidelines in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PCB layout in aerospace/defense (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III).
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Math, CAD.
• Proficiency in Altium and MIL-STD/IPC standards; ECAD symbol/footprint libraries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical/mechanical drawings with high accuracy.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior designers.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD and IPC; coordinate with fabrication/assembly vendors.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts to improve efficiency.
