Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics or Optics; MS preferred.
• 10+ years in military/aerospace/spaceflight programs.
• Strong experience in requirements development, verification and validation, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through development and testing of aerospace hardware.
• Oversee requirements decomposition, allocation and baseline management.
• Translate customer specs into technical requirements and ensure lifecycle compliance.
• Manage interfaces and risk across complex programmes.
• Develop test processes, equipment designs and integration strategies.
• Support bid/proposal efforts and new business opportunities.
