Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years painting experience in industrial/aviation sectors.
• Ability to read drawings and safety datasheets.
• Experience with spray application and curing processes.
• Knowledge of coating thickness and defects.
• U.S. Person per ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, mask areas, and apply primers and coatings.
• Set up paint booths and spray equipment safely.
• Inspect finishes for defects and ensure thickness meets specs.
• Maintain records of materials, batches, and cure data.
• Coordinate with Quality for inspections and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and timely production.
