Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Painter / Chemical Processor for an aerospace/manufacturing environment. The role pays $20.00–$25.00/hr, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, full-time, with an immediate opening.

The candidate will prepare parts, perform anodizing and related chemical processing, apply coatings, and operate baths and ovens. Safety, quality, and documentation are essential in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in painting, plating, anodizing, powder coating, or industrial finishing preferred.
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal and composite parts for processing and coating.
• Perform anodizing, passivation, etching, and related chemical processing.
• Apply industrial paints, primers, and specialty coatings.
• Operate chemical baths, spray equipment, ovens, and curing systems.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
