SEKISUI Aerospace in Renton, WA is seeking a Paint Prepper to prepare surfaces for painting according to customer specifications. This is a first shift, 4:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Thursday, full-time non-exempt.

The role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. You will perform surface prep, basic rework, and maintain documentation, while using hand tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Performs surface preparation, including sanding, taping and cleaning.
• Perform simple rework according to customer specification.
