Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace is hiring an Oven Operator in Renton, WA to support the curing of composite structures in our aerospace manufacturing environment. You will operate the curing oven, follow standard work instructions, and contribute to high-quality production outputs.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety, and the ability to meet tight schedules on the 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Advanced math skills required.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine recipe to complete cure process before loading parts onto the racks, trays, or carts.
• Meet schedules, time allowances and monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program; updating supervisor.
• Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process.
• Remove probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process.
