Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation offers a Spring 2027 Operations Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern program in St. Louis.

You will assist the Completions Operations Engineering team with mechanical design, modeling, and drafting for aircraft interior equipment, using scanning and 3D printing tools, and supporting process development on site. Eligible students must pursue a bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and commit to 10–16

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
• Minimum duration: 10–12 weeks (summer); 10–16 weeks (spring and fall).
• Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting for aircraft interior equipment.
• Utilize scanning and 3D printing tools; develop and modify engineering processes.
• Coordinate with shop manufacturing personnel during fabrication; participate in root cause/corrective action events.
