Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) is seeking an X-Ray Level II reader for its aerospace foundry in Cudahy, CA. The 2nd shift runs 2:30pm–11:00pm, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including a quarterly bonus and 401k with employer match.

Candidates must hold Level II radiography certification and have 4+ years of experience. Responsibilities include setting up radiographic inspections, interpreting results, reading drawings and specs, and ensuring test

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in NDT radiography.
• Certification Level II with proof of radiography hours.
• Good communication and ability to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Film Radiographic NDT inspections per instructions.
• Interpret results and read engineering drawings and specs.
• Plan and perform inspection sequences from procedures and work orders.
• Calibrate test media and ensure integrity of results.
• Document inspections in accordance with policies and contracts.
• Identify non-conformances and suggest improvements.
