Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a qualified NDT technician to perform non-destructive testing on aerospace components, ensuring they meet industry standards and safety regulations. You will conduct magnetic particle and dye-penetrant inspections, interpret results, document findings, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address issues.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a focus on precision, safety, and continuous

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in NDT preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-destructive testing, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in NDT methods magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using magnetic particle and dye penetrant methods.
Interpret and evaluate test results per standards and specs.
Document and report findings accurately.
Collaborate with engineering and QA to address issues.
Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Participate in continuous improvement to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
This position requires eligibility for employment under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR).
