X-Ray Industries, an Applus+ company, is seeking Level 2 Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Technicians to join its growing team in the United States.

The role involves setting up and calibrating equipment, conducting NDT tests, interpreting results, and documenting findings in accordance with procedures and standards. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance in various NDT methods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NAS 410 Level 2 certification required; other certs may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and standardize NDT equipment and conduct testing.
• Process parts and interpret/evaluate inspection results for acceptance or rejection.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately.
• Conduct system performance checks in accordance with process standards.
• Provide guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
• Assist with on-the-job training and guidance of trainees and Level 1 personnel.
• Maintain familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and contractual documents governing NDT methods.
• Develop work instructions from approved general procedures (with Level 3 approval).
• Maintain basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.
• Take advantage of opportunities to certify in additional NDT methods.
