Job summary

Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) in Jupiter, Florida, seeks entry level drafter/modeler to develop models and drawings from engineering sketches, creating assemblies and components with CAD tools such as Siemens NX or Creo.

You'll work under supervision, apply GD&T, and coordinate with engineering to meet specifications. Exp. with Teamcenter/Windchill and SAP is desirable; strong teamwork and learning attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2 year Associate Degree in Product Definition or equivalent work related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of drafting methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with GD&T and CAD workflows.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare models, details, assemblies and sub-assemblies of simple to moderately complex parts.
• Create drawings from sketches and layouts provided by engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering to incorporate requirements and ensure GD&T compliance.
