Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista, Los Angeles is seeking a Mechanical Engineering intern to own end-to-end projects impacting satellite platforms. You will engage in design, analysis, build, and test under a dedicated mentor, gaining hands-on aerospace experience during a 12-week program.

The role targets students graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 with a BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and may require pausing or adjusting academic commitments for the internship period.

Qualifications

• Graduating in the Fall of 2027 or in the Spring of 2028.
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. Spring interns should be available to pause or adjust academic commitments for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Interns will own a project from start to finish with significant impact to our satellite platforms.
• Projects can range from Ground Support Equipment to Flight Hardware and will require design, analysis, build and test.
