Job summary

A leading aerospace services firm based in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Materials/Inventory Specialist for a contract position. Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse inventory management, parts accountability, and materials handling.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required safety and hazardous material certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted; occasional 2-person lifts over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Route materials to designated storage locations per established procedures.
• Perform inventory audits and report material damage or deterioration.
• Issue, pull, and prepare materials for production and shipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and inventory control standards.

Skills

Proficient with computer systems (inventory software, data entry, etc.)

Forklift license or ability to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
