Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Raw Materials Handler- Warehouse Worker to support cycle counts, shipping, and receiving. The role involves moving materials, unloading and loading trucks, and ensuring accuracy and traceability of inventory.

You will assist production operations, maintain proper paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement efforts, including Lean and 6S practices. A high school diploma and forklift access are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Forklift operation and driving skills are required.
• Ability to obtain forklift license and security clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory daily activities.
• Follow all SPs, QAPs, and procedures.
• Load/unload trucks using forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck while following safety rules.
• Unpack crates, inspect items for accuracy and damage, document results.
• Enter transactions in the job scope system for shipping, receiving, and bin transfers.
• Support production operations with timely material delivery to the shop.
• Maintain shipping/receiving files and assist with customer returns per QAP/SP.
• Assist in Lean and 6S activities and help identify root causes of issues.
