Job summary

Woodward, Inc. Aerospace Marketing Analysis Manager II will provide analysis of OEM and Services sales, compare to market and peers, and forecast trends to support the company’s strategic plan.

The role requires building expertise across aerospace markets, including commercial aircraft and defense sectors, and developing a network of industry contacts to assess market news and opportunities for growth. Collaboration across teams and leadership of junior analysts are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in Aerospace and Defense preferred
• Engineering and marketing background preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop Analytical Models: Create and maintain statistical models to evaluate marketing/industry performance, forecast trends, and drive long-term forecasts.
• Capture and curate relevant industry news for stakeholders
• Identify market opportunities through research focusing on Woodward’s distinctive competence, market problems, competitive analysis and win/loss analysis.
• Provide input to Strategic Planning process related to new markets and products.
• Mentor Junior Analysts: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members in marketing analysis methodologies and best practices.
