Job summary

Saab is seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Technician in aerospace production. You audit and maintain tooling, support tooling selection and basic design, test and document tooling performance, and resolve tooling issues on the shop floor.

Working closely with engineers and assemblers, you promote safe tool use and compliance with aerospace standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Job description

As a Manufacturing Tooling Technician in aerospace production, you help ensure Saab’s aircraft assembly lines have the right tools, in the right condition, at the right time. You audit and maintain tooling, support tooling selection and basic design, test and document tooling performance, and resolve tooling issues on the shop floor. Working closely with engineers and assemblers, you promote safe tool use and compliance with aerospace standards in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
