Qualifications

• Associated degree or technical certification, or equivalent hands-on training in manufacturing technologies.
• 0-3 years in manufacturing or related production operations.
• Proficient with hand tools, measuring devices, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies per work instructions and drawings.
• Operate production equipment and test equipment to support manufacturing activities.
• Inspect and verify assemblies meet drawings, specs and quality requirements.
• Document production, inspection, and traceability data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production flow and continuous improvement.
