Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in an aerospace precision environment. You will drive process improvements, develop manufacturing methods, support production, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, cost control, and mentoring engineers, with CATIA V5 and ERP experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; associate's degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, workflows and processes.
• Estimate production times, labor requirements, equipment needs and costs.
• Create and maintain CAD models and manufacturing documentation using CATIA V5.
• Generate engineering drawings and product structures reflecting customer requirements.
• Establish manufacturing tolerances and process documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Production teams.
