Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience in a quality, industrial, or manufacturing engineering project, job, or internship.
Passion for manufacturing engineering and the aerospace industry.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to compile information and make sound decisions.
Ability to work with deadlines, sense of urgency as needed.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
