Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Medical Device, or Automotive).
• Strong mastery of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gauge R&R.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and complex IPC-620 electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing flows for airframe integration and avionics assembly.
• Lead the deployment of AS9100 or ISO9001 standards on the shop floor.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and reduce variability.
