Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or engineering-support role, preferably aerospace/defense.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 standards and defense manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in setup and troubleshooting of production lines, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support development and revision of manufacturing work instructions, routings, and SOPs.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies or quality issues.
• Perform hands-on fabrication, testing, or mechanical assembly to support prototyping or ramp-up.
• Maintain records of engineering changes, test results, and technical data.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production to ensure AS9100 alignment.
• Support FAI, process validations, and configuration control activities.
• Assist with time studies, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
