Unison seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production process in Jacksonville, applying technical expertise with guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years manufacturing/engineering experience with a HS diploma.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing engineering tasks—primarily tactical responsibilities.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and applying it to policy/strategy.
• Understanding how own team's work drives business goals and cross-team impact.
• Use judgment and guidance to propose solutions outside set parameters.
• An individual contributor with interpersonal skills, potential to mentor others.
