Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime or shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel between two plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce failures and extend equipment life.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Coordinate maintenance with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment status.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE/lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Assist in installing and commissioning new equipment.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift, scissor lift, SkyTrac).
• Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades as needed.
