• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Completes maintenance requests via maintenance ticket system.
• Inspects and repairs mechanical equipment, motors, and hydraulic systems.
• Dismantles devices to replace defective parts.
• Sets up and uses lathe, drill press, grinder to repair parts.
• Initiates purchase orders for parts and tools.
• Performs building maintenance including lighting, filters, and safety checks.
• Maintains records for preventative maintenance.
