Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering and maintenance experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace/defense industry standards (AS9100, Nadcap).
• Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance events.
• Oversee development and implementation of PMI and PM procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance engineering teams.
