Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of machining experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM with strong toolpathing skills for both lathe and milling operations.
• Experience working within an AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual milling machines and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Program toolpaths in MasterCAM and adjust machines.
• Conduct inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Work closely with engineering and quality control teams.
