The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with aerospace parts, CNC machine operation, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $220,000, based on experience, and includes benefits such as medical insurance and a flexible vacation policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming aerospace parts.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Track record of successfully machining difficult parts.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Capabilities to meet challenging market demands.
• NPI Development for onboarding new customers or technologies.
• Advise and consult across tooling, machine selection, and process engineering.
