Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Foundational understanding of inventory and supply chain/logistics principles.
• Experience working with inventory databases or tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipping activities in compliance with state, federal, and global import/export regulations.
• Route, document, and track shipments of materials, equipment, and components.
• Utilize shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) to manage logistics workflows.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and technical manuals.
• Track inventory, repair parts, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and proper allocation within storage facilities.
• Maintain records within inventory databases and ensure data integrity.
• Support storage, handling, and movement of materials, including hazardous or regulated items when applicable.
• Assist with inventory control processes, including shelf-life tracking and material audits.
• Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the handling, inspection, and transport of hazardous materials as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
