Qualifications

• US person per ITAR/EAR regulations
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or production support
• Familiarity with handling sensitive hardware and cleanroom protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking and purchase order management

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving, and domestic/international freight for specialized hardware
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement systems (e.g., Kanban) to prevent stock-outs
• Organize and maintain lab spaces, ensuring equipment is properly tracked, calibrated, and available
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline the source-to-shelf lifecycle for rapid prototyping
• Track and manage high-value assets and materials across internal systems
• Support day-to-day logistics and operational workflows across lab and production environments
