Job summary

Urban Sky is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Kitting Technician to support daily production and assembly operations in Denver. You will work hands-on with hardware, assemble kits, and verify quality while maintaining strict traceability and documentation.

The role is onsite, full-time, with 8–12 hour shifts and overtime. Prior experience in manufacturing and comfort with 3D printing are a plus. A supportive startup culture and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Denver, CO.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform hands-on manufacturing and repetitive tasks.
• Able to work variable day shifts (8–12 hours) and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production support activities.
• Assemble kits and hardware per work instructions and BOMs.
• Maintain material traceability with lot/serial numbers as required.
• Inspect hardware for quality and compliance before handoff.
• Document all work per quality systems.
