Job summary

HEICO Aerospace is seeking a Junior Buyer to support purchasing activities at our Highland Heights, Ohio facility. The role reports to the Lead Buyer and collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate procurement and inventory needs.

The ideal candidate will have a technical or business degree, 1–2 years in aerospace or related fields, and demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Project. U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or business-related area preferred.
• Strong Excel and project coordination abilities.
• Able to interact with team members at all levels and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and update purchase orders.
• Track purchases and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist Lead Buyer in inventory management and forecasting.
• Maintain supplier data and costs; identify new suppliers as needed.
• Travel up to 10% to visit suppliers or attend training.
