Job summary

CSI Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP-based issue resolution in a manufacturing environment.

The role includes releasing POs in the absence of Purchasing Manager, receiving inventory, analyzing stock levels, and supporting production with Quantum-related tasks and MO/WO template updates. This is a non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications

  • Maintains inventory controls to ensure accuracy and up-to-date counts.
  • Performs monthly cycle counts and assists with year-end physical inventory.
  • Uses ERP system to manage inventory issues and data.
  • Analyzes stock levels, usage, and production schedules to inform planning.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory controls to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts and coordinate year-end inventory.
  • Address overages/shortages by investigating root causes and reporting findings.
  • Analyze stock levels and production schedules; update records accordingly.
  • Release POs when needed in absence of Purchasing Manager.
  • Receive inventory and expense items into the business.
  • Identify slow-moving/obsolete inventory and coordinate actions.
  • Assist Production with Quantum-related tasks and data corrections.
  • Support ordering and organization of non-inventory items as needed.
  • Assist in receiving customer orders and updating MO/WO templates.
