Job summary

Northwood Space is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Torrance, CA manufacturing facility. You will ensure materials, hardware, and components flow smoothly through receiving, staging, and storage to support rapid production and deployment of our space systems.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to scale inventory systems while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and safety. On-site five days per week with a lean, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and related inventory equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials to support manufacturing.
• Pick, organize, and stage components to keep production running.
• Verify incoming materials for conformity, quantity, part numbers, and damage.
• Maintain material handling and traceability practices.
• Record inventory movements in ERP with accuracy.
• Support replenishment and continuous improvement in Supply Chain.
