Qualifications

• English skills both verbal and written.
• Basic math for simple calculations.
• Ability to read simple blueprints after training.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Steico drawings and mylars.
• Cut foam insulation using scissors and tools.
• Tape and mask tubes to prep for insulation and paint.
• Surface scuffing of tubes for foam adhesion.
• Glue and apply foam insulation to parts.
• Paint insulation using air sprayer.
• Operate oven to cure painted parts.
• Perform touch up paint and glue after curing.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards.
• Support equipment maintenance and use PPE.
• Other duties as needed by the business.
