Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is looking for an Instrumentation & Controls Technician based in Texas. The successful candidate will support the build-up and maintenance of data acquisition and control systems crucial for space exploration efforts. This role requires hands-on experience with instrumentation, as well as troubleshooting skills.

A high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience are mandatory. Knowledge of ITAR regulations is also essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with instrumentation systems.
• Experience with wiring and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Calibrate and configure sensors and electrical systems.
• Test and troubleshoot instrumentation systems.

Skills

Experience with instrumentation such as pressure transducers

Experience with multimeters or oscilloscopes

Knowledge of Wheatstone Bridge Theory

Knowledge of signal conditioning concepts

System-level troubleshooting skills

Intermediate skill level using Windows Operating Systems

Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
