Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, technicians, operations personnel, and other team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing engineering, operations, manufacturing, and business processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Work directly with engineers, technicians, operations personnel, and other stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, and process challenges.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Determine effective methods for collecting and measuring operational and process data.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and solutions to address identified problems.
• Assist with workflow analysis, process mapping, capacity planning, resource utilization, and other industrial engineering activities.
• Develop metrics and methods for measuring process performance and the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Support the implementation of process improvements, controls, and standardized practices.
• Assist with improving the flow of materials, information, documentation, and work through engineering and operational processes.
• Develop reports, presentations, process documentation, and other materials to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor implemented changes and analyze results to determine effectiveness and identify opportunities for further improvement.
• Manage assigned projects and activities against established schedules and objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and other functional areas.
