Job summary

Safran Group’s Safran Aerosystems in North America seeks an Integrated Logistic Support Engineer (ILS) to ensure LSA/ILS activities and monitor entry into service for new aircraft. You will develop maintenance cost analyses, NRC, and support design reviews, contributing to maintainability and compliance with Tech Pub standards.

Travel within the USA and to France for internal SAFRAN meetings is required. Fluent English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• General engineer or aeronautics background.
• 5+ years in aeronautics, ILS or aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with LSA/ILS methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of BU products as part of the development team.
• Analyze manufacturer requirements related to product support during tender.
• Calculate maintenance costs (DMC) and NRC.
• Ensure compliance with Tech Pub standards and training.
• Participate in design reviews (PDR, CDR).
• Create Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) deliverables.
• Define levels, tasks, resources and maintenance times.
• Monitor EIS schedule for Product Support activities.
• Travel within USA and to France for meetings.
